Advance Registration

Advance registration is now closed. Registrations are being accepted on-site beginning Sunday, September 26, 2004.

Advanced registrants can pick up badges and conference information at the Marriott New Orleans Hotel starting Sunday, September 26, 2004, at the registration area in the Grand Ballroom.

On-Site Registration

You may register at the meeting. On-site registration will be located in the Grand Ballroom of the Marriott New Orleans Hotel, beginning Sunday afternoon and continuing through Wednesday.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded after the close of the event if a written request is post-marked by September 7, 2004. A $75 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be processed after September 7, 2004. No refunds will be issued on-site.

Housing Information

The MS&T '04 headquarters hotel will be the Marriott Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana. All activities associated with the conference will take place within the Marriott.

Special conference rates at a significantly reduced rate have been contracted with the hotel listed on the housing form. To receive the special rates, please use the HOUSING RESERVATION FORM (a PDF). Payment MUST accompany the form. Reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. In order to qualify for the special rates, you must identify yourself as an MS&T '04 meeting attendee.

The Marriott has reduced the cost of meeting space for MS&T '04, in return for committing to a pre-established number of attendees staying at the hotel. This allows us to keep registration fees as low as possible. If our attendees do not stay at the Marriott, it will result in a significant expense to both TMS and AIST, which will result in future registration fees having to be increased.
